Change the attitude

Other people do not have to change for us to experience peace of mind. ~ Gerald Jampolsky

I want to follow Gerald Jampolsky

I am working on it…
To let go of expectations
To not get worked up easily
To have that attitude change
Because my reaction is in my hand
World is not
People are not
Fate is not

When i choose to forgive
I not only help another
I help myself too
I not only love another
I love myself too

This is a gift of self love
Every one should try
Let go of past
Forgive
Choose peace
And self love will shine through.

Sound advice beautifully expressed. I read the post about your birth too – miraculous! I agree with you about Kate Moss’s comment – very irresponsible.
