Spider Webs

These spider webs wait for prey
Don’t let yourself be caught
That dust of apathy
May be the cause
Don’t give up
Be sure to have faught

Picture 460

Do not worry
Spider web will not be a waste
Spider can eat it to recoup
You are not a must to taste

Its with magic of praying
The prey stays safe
Positive vibrations
Keep dusty apathy away

Lets take time
To pray in this magical time
Snow all aound
Santa coming soon
Hanukkah is a time to pray.

Excellent interpretation of the prompt. I love how you “wove” the holidays into your poem. Not a good time to have apathy, is it?! Nicely done!

  17. Great poem. Me, I never dust. It just comes back the next day.
BTW, spiders bite three times in a row. So if you think those bumps are mosquitoes , there not.
