Q.How much time will I have to invest?
A. I designed this program with busy people in mind. As a working parent with a very full life, I know myself how hard it can be to grab even just a few moments to yourself. As such, a large amount of flexibility has been built into The Self-Love Project to make it practical and achievable. In saying that, cultivating a healthy Self-Love habit is not something that happens overnight. It takes time and commitment on your part. All participants start by reading The Self-Love Project Guidebook which will be delivered to your inbox within minutes of you joining. It has been praised by busy people for being enjoyable and profoundly supportive. Then, 10 days later, your actual 6 week project will begin with the first of 7 weekly video learning sessions approx 30 minutes each. Cultivating your daily Self-Love habits can be done in as little as 20 minutes per day. Remember, this program is all about cultivating research-based habits for Self-Love so they feel as natural as brushing your teeth each day. If you feel like you can’t find the time each day to devote to your own inner peace, stress management, confidence and enhanced wellness then maybe you don’t want it bad enough at this point in time. A. Listen to me. It’s NEVER too late to cultivate Self-Love. Q. Why can’t I just read a book or search the internet to learn more on this subject?
A.There’s A LOT of information out there on the subject of Self-Love, but most of it is overly esoteric or lacking quality research and therefore somewhat unreliable. When I realised that Self-Love was an essential ingredient that was missing from my life, I went through the process myself and I noticed two things: 1.There was just too much information… and instead of helping me, this just added to my confusion… and I wasn’t sure who’s information I could trust. 2.There was plenty of talk, but nowhere did anyone give me a step-by-step and comprehensive plan to take simple and achievable actions each day with the ongoing support I needed to stick with it.
